OTC® Ford 6.0L Service Tools

	Increase your efficiency servicing the Navistar 6.0L Diesel Engine found in many Ford PowerStroke platforms with these new Ford 6.0L Service Tools from OTC®. These timesaving tools will help to service a variety of driveability issues including hard starts, stalling, and poor engine performance that are common to every shop. The High Pressure Fuel Adapters (p/n 6763) are required for pressure testing. The 6763 includes two adapters - one for model years 2003 to 2004 and one to cover model year 2004 to current. The 6763, from OTC gives the technician the capability to address either platform. Due to a configuration change with the Injector Pressure Regulator, the new IPR Socket (p/n 6765) actually combines two tools into one uniquely designed specialty tool for servicing injector pressure regulators. For removing the vehicle’s injector wiring harness without causing unnecessary damage, use the new Injector Wiring Harness Release Tool (p/n 6766). Also, don’t forget about our existing Ford 6.0L Tools, the Oil Line Disconnect Tool (p/n 6594) and Fuel Filter Wrench (p/n 6760). These, together with the new Ford 6.0L Service Tools, help save time and dramatically improve productivity, allowing you to get the job done quickly and get your customer’s vehicle back on the road.

OTC® Differential Mounting Adapter for OTC Transmission Jacks (No. 553516)

New from OTC®, the Differential Mounting Adapter (p/n 553516) is compatible with the 5019A Low Lift Transmission Jack, 5078 High Lift Transmission Jack, and the 1522A Stinger Transmission Jack. The adapter mounts easily using existing bolt patterns and fits most common differentials currently in use on Category 7 & 8 Heavy Duty Trucks.

The 5019A Low-lift transmission jack includes an OTC No. 540231 adapter for Eaton®, Fuller®, and RoadRanger® transmissions. OTC also offers a variety of additional adapters and mounting brackets designed specifically to be used in conjunction with the 5019A, making this an extremely versatile piece of shop equipment.
