Radiator and Surge Tank Test Adapters

The OTC 8329 Radiator and Surge Tank Test Adapter set allows for pressure testing of the surge tank cap and/or pressure testing the complete cooling system for leaks. The surge tank cap adapter threads on to the surge tank cap to test it for any seal leaks. The other adapter includes O-rings that seal off the tank vent port so the system will pressurize and the test can be run correctly and accurately. Both adapters are designed to used with a pressure tester pump. Similar to GE-46143-A.


Applications: 2016-2019 Volt, 2017-Later Bolt EV, 2016-Later Malibu and ELR.
